Two were the hosts James Green and Dan Green, who graciously bowed out to let Matthew Huang and Sam Sleight break the tie with a 50/50 draw for the green dragon tile.The last place Wooden Spoon prize, beautifully engraved with the title and logo of the tournament, was received by Aaron Taylor. It was presented by co-host Dan Green, proud winner himself of a wooden spoon from the 2018 Great Scholars tournament.
